We recently worked with Paul to purchase a 3 bed coop in Prospect Heights. If I could give him a 10 star rating, I would. Paul was the perfect combination of being knowledgeable, strategic, supportive and always at the end of the phone. Not only that, but he opened up his network of everyone we needed for the process—an attorney, mortgage broker, insurance broker, etc. And every one of them was equally competent and pleasant to work with. He and the rest of the team made an otherwise stressful process as easy as it could be. I am rarely impressed by service providers. But Paul is one of a kind. I would recommend him to anyone trying to buy in the area and would use him again in a heartbeat.
